1. Your Tickets
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, resold or refunded.
Tickets cannot be offered for sale within the Blackpool Tower building except at the box office by our ticketing team.
If the event is cancelled, you will be offered a credit voucher or a refund.
If the event is rescheduled, you will be offered an exchange, credit voucher or refund.
Refunds will only cover the face value of the tickets and will not include associated booking fees or delivery charges.
Only tickets purchased through the website, or from teachers, are valid for admission.
Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. Reselling a ticket makes it void and the ticket holder may be refused entry.
Dazzling events reserves the right to make alterations the advertised programme.
Tickets are required for each child attending the World Formation Championship. All customers aged 16yrs or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs or over.
2. Your undertaking as a ticket holder
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to indemnify and hold Dazzling Events and the WDO and its officers, directors and agents (collectively “indemnitees”) harmless from all claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, liabilities or judgements (collectively “claims) arising out of or relating to your participation in any Dazzling Events & WDO event and to pay all and any legal expenses incurred by any indemnitee, including legal fees any indemnitee incurs in defending against any claims.
3. Attendance
Dazzling Events or Blackpool Tower Ballroom may introduce additional safety measures for customers and staff attending this event in accordance with government guidelines and/or our own risk assessment of the building.
If measures are introduced, you will be informed by this website or your dance teacher as soon as possible. All attendees will be required to comply with these measures.
Dazzling Events accepts no responsibility for any injuries caused or personal belongings lost or stolen to dancers, spectators or officials.
The unauthorised use of cameras, audio and video equipment is not permitted. Permits will be available from Dazzling Events upon payment of the required fee. Purchase of a ticket means you consent to filming, photography and sound recording which may include you as a member of a team/audience and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
Food and drink may not be brought into the Tower building or Ballroom.
It is against the law to smoke in the Tower building or Ballroom. The use of E-cigarettes is also prohibited.
Dazzling Events reserves the right to refuse admission.
